Dieffenbacher, the manufacturer of forming systems for fiber-reinforced plastics, will be presenting its products and services at the JEC Show.
The highlights include Compress ECO, the new, energy-efficient press generation and the developments that Dieffenbacher is making in the LFT-D direct process. In addition, there will be automated SMC processing with technologies for manufacturing lightweight components for structural and semi-structural applications. Further items of interest include the innovations that the manufacturer has to offer in its process control and production data acquisition systems.

INEOS Styrolution announces that it is planning to set up a new production site for its successful composite StyLight.
Williams Advanced Engineering is working with the UK’s Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) and Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) to develop innovative battlefield shelter protection for troops using Formula One-derived technology and processes created in-house at Williams to create composite 3D structures that can be deployed in theatre.
