Neo-capsul launched to market

17 September 2006

Last week the neo-capsul was officially launched to market, the high profile being attended by over 300 guests at The Lighthouse, Scotland’s Centre for Architecture and Design.

The neo-capsul was conceived, designed and developed by Lightweight Medical and is manufactured and distributed by ParAid Medical Systems, Birmingham. It is a quick and easy mass market transport enclosure for low-dependency newborns.

The product features a lightweight carbon fibre tray and is heated by cutting edge conductive mattress technologies. Curved exterior panels provide improved acoustic and vibration performance. The unit is entirely double glazed for maximum heat retention and acoustic attenuation with better patient access and visibility than traditional incubators.
