Swedish Sales Partner for Saertex

Saertex has expanded its sales and service network through the Svenska Tanso company of Joenkoeping, which has its own Composite Division in Stockholm.

Cooperation between the two is primarily intended to meet the needs of automobile industry clients as well as those of the Swedish aviation industry. Svenska Tanso already sells carbon process materials and composite process materials from other makers in Sweden.

Austrak, Laing O’Rourke and USQ Partner on Composite Rail Technology

Australian organisations Austrak, Laing O’Rourke and the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) have joined forces to develop polymer composite solutions for bridge transoms in a $10 million project titled Polymer Composite Transoms for Rail Bridge Deck Replacement (CompTrans).
