Reichhold Increases Price for Composites Products Sold in EMEA Region

26 August 2005

Reichhold are to increase the price by 100 € (Euro) per metric ton (0.10€/Kg) on all of its products sold to the composites industry in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

This increase is effective for all orders shipped on or after September 15, 2005.

“Recent escalation in the price of crude oil and its derivatives combined with balanced supply and demand as well as the continued rise in energy, packaging and freight costs, makes this price adjustment for polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, gel coats and ancillary products unavoidable,” explained Reichhold’s EMEA Vice President of Sales Alberto Piccinotti.
