DIAB to hold Core College

05 March 2006

DIAB will be holding a Core College, a full day of both theoretical and practical information on designing and building sandwich structures.

The event will feature sandwich composite theory and processing technology, including proper core installation and infusion, a solution for large-scale closed molding. The event will be held in association with the Florida Institute of Technology on Friday March 17th, 2006.

“Core College is an objective overview of sandwich composites, covering theory, design, processing, and a hands-on demonstration,” says James Jones, Manager of Technical Services at DIAB Inc. “We are excited about our Core Infusion Technology demonstration, which offers stronger, more consistent parts while providing a more worker-friendly environment meeting MACT standards.”
