Bodycote completes the acquisition of CSM Materialteknik

Bodycote Materials Testing Group has completed its acquisition of CSM Materialteknik AB from SAAB AB of Sweden.

CSM is one of Scandinavia’s leading knowledge based company in the fields of applied materials and process technologies and provides testing and consultancy services to the aerospace, defence and power generation industries. The business, which operates from three laboratories in Sweden, is headquartered in Linkoping and employs 105 staff.

The business will trade as Bodycote CSM AB and expands Borycote’s capabilities in the materials engineering discipline.
