Creative Pultrusions’ new SuperLoc 1610 Sheet Pile is a heavy duty 10"" deep x 24"" wide pultruded composite sheet pile that is manufactured with Creative's Supurtuf polyurethane matrix.
It is stocked in dark brown colour and is available in optional colours in mill run quantities. The SuperLoc system provides all of the traditional advantages of composite materials and can be installed with conventional pile driving equipment. Creative say that the polyurethane matrix offers superior mechanical performance, with more than double the tensile, shear and flexural strength compared to laminates using traditional polyester and vinyl ester matrixes.
Creative now manufactures over thirty profiles in the Supurtuf polyurethane matrix. The SuperLoc Composite Sheet Pile bulkhead system was designed to replace traditional steel, concrete and wooden bulkhead systems for both new construction and the replacement market for waterfront bulkhead construction, and consists of Interlocking sheet piling panels, interlocking corner connectors, top caps, waler and tieback rods & fasteners.
Cobra International has started mass production of the new Windsurfer LT board.
