Specialist structural engineers Cetec Consultancy Ltd have been acquired by White Young Green plc
Cetec, based in Hampshire, UK will now form a Specialist Structures Group within White Young Green Consulting Ltd and continue to provide consultancy services to all areas of industry.
The sale also includes Cetec Projects Ltd, which will continue to operate as a separate company undertaking complete design and build projects involving innovative structures and applications of FRP composites.
White Young Green, Consultants to the Built and Natural Environment, are multi-disciplinary consultants employing over 1400 staff in 22 locations throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. The acquisition of Cetec will now enable White Young Green to offer additional capabilities to their clients, including composite materials and marine structures.
