Hexcel Receives $11 Million for Claim

Hexcel Corporation has received approximately $11 million from Hercules Inc. in connection with a contract dispute arising out of the acquisition of Hercules' Composites Products Division in 1996.

The payment satisfies the judgment entered after Hercules had exhausted all appeals from a lower court decision in favor of Hexcel in the New York Courts.
