Launch of Composite Bridge Group in Europe

EPTA, the European Pultrusion Technology Association, has taken the initiative to organise a first meeting of a newly to be instituted Composite Bridge Group in Europe, called COBRAE (Composite Bridge Alliance Europe).
Composites in construction and renewal of bridge decks can safe substantial on costs because more durable and rapidly installed bridge can be realised. Joining forces in research and pilot projects is absolutely essential for those who wish to be involved in this exciting development. This group will meet on Monday March 26th at the 'Concorde de la Fayette' Hotel in Paris, the day before the JEC, to discuss the start-up of the COBRAE group.
