Triumph Group Acquires Two Companies

Triumph Group, Inc. announced the acquisition of Chem-Fab Corporation and Airborne Nacelle Services, Inc. of Hot Springs, Ark. Chem-Fab is a leading manufacturer of structural parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry. Airborne Nacelle repairs and overhauls complex parts for a broad spectrum of the aerospace industry. Its products include thrust reversers, honeycomb-bonded components, and other complex assemblies. Both Chem-Fab and Airborne Nacelle will become part of the Structural Components Group of Companies and will add approximately $35 million of current revenue to the Group. Triumph Group, Inc., headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania, designs, engineers, manufactures, and overhauls aircraft components. The Company serves a broad worldwide spectrum of the aviation industry, including commercial airlines and air cargo carriers, as well as original equipment manufacturers of aircraft and aircraft components.
