SAMPE UK & Ireland Chapter Annual Seminar & Table Top Exhibition

SAMPE UK & Ireland Chapter's next annual seminar will take place on 23 February 2017 at Cranfield University.

The theme of the Seminar is: Maximising Composite Value by Innovation.

The format of the event will be as recent years: a one day event with high quality invited presentations coupled with a table top exhibition.

Seminar registrations

Registrations can now be made on the Cranfield University’s on-line store.

Exhibition bookings

The exhibition will be limited to 20 tables. Thanks to generous sponsorship from Formaplex, Hexcel and Shape Machining, 15 tables are being offered free to SME's based in UK and Ireland.

There will be a charge of £350 plus VAT for Larger and Overseas companies to exhibit and these companies are asked to book via the Cranfield University on line shop, details above.

UK/Ireland SME's wishing to apply for a free place should contact Trevor Cook.

Additional information

Each exhibition booking includes one registration for the seminar.

If an exhibitor requires further seminar registrations, they should be booked via the online shop.

If an exhibitor requires staff to assist with the exhibition table only and not attend the seminar, please advise Trevor Cook of their names. There will be no charge for these people.

Venue: The venue for the Seminar is the Vincent Building lecture hall ( Building 52a) on the Cranfield campus.

Bookings: All Seminar registrations are made through Cranfield University's on-line shop which is now open.

Table Top Exhibition: There will a table top exhibition with 15 free places being offered to UK/ Irish based SMEs. Larger/ overseas companies will need to book through the on-line shop. Companies wishing to book an SME table should contact Trevor Cook

Poster session: This year we are featuring a Poster Session highlighting student’s work who have benefited from SAMPE’s support.
