Preparing businesses in the Motorsport and High-Performance Engineering Industry for a ‘no-deal’ Brexit.

The MIA, supported by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), will be hosting the ‘MIA No-Deal Brexit Workshop’ – preparing businesses in the Motorsport and High-Performance Engineering Industry for a ‘no-deal’ Brexit.

The free-to-attend workshop will be held on the 17 October at Williams F1 Conference Centre in Oxfordshire, UK and is open to all UK businesses within our sector. This targeted event will provide sector-specific advice and guidance, delivered by leading industry experts, on issues relating to key areas of business including Employment, Intellectual Property, Law, Insurance, Logistics and Import/Export.

Delegates will also have the opportunity during the networking breaks to arrange one to one meetings with these leading experts to ask any additional questions they may have.

The unique, fast-paced nature, of the Motorsport and High-Performance Engineering Industry, will result in a set of challenges that will differ to those of other sectors in the event of a ‘no-deal’ Brexit. This is your opportunity to engage in valuable dialogue in areas of your business that will undoubtedly change, regardless of the outcome of the Brexit negotiations.

With 100-150 delegates expected to attend, this event will provide excellent networking opportunities with key business decision-makers within our sector.

Following the workshop delegates will be able to enjoy a tour of the Williams Heritage Collection, the largest private collection of Formula One cars in the world.
