NetComposites brings together a global composites industry network of over 200,000 people through its news, conferences and networking platform.
At the core of NetComposites is a passion for the industry and an eagerness for growing the network that carries it. We work to empower people with knowledge and connections that enable them to not only go about their business, but also progress themselves, their company and the associated industries.
Established at the end of the 90’s, we have grown as a business and have developed some great connections. In this time, news and comment about the composites market has been central to what we offer - keeping us abreast of all that is happening in our industry, all around the world.
Soon after this, we provided the online Guide - there to support people in the industry, and those wishing to work with it. A valuable resource and a very popular and much visited part of the site!
It soon became apparent there was an appetite for us to bring people together in a structured way. We began to offer conferences and workshops designed to educate all in the industry on products that were available and on the research and development that was being carried out. We focused on various material types and end-user applications, on successes and failures, on testing, design and manufacturing - always with innovation as the centrepiece.
As the company has developed, more and more people within the industry are turning to us to use our industry knowledge to work with them on their own company, event or project dissemination. With our industry background, extensive contacts and Chartered Marketer status, we are ideally placed to partner with you on any industry related marketing activity.
The company has 9 conference brands currently under its belt and has ambitious growth plans. Communications Director, Gemma, can see both the company and industry going from strength to strength and she wants to work with you to make this happen. We are a friendly and focused team who bring people and companies together.
Be part of that network; read the news, join a conference, make the most of our website, and follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
We help you to deliver your message to industry whilst keeping you informed and connected. Be part of it and speak to one of the team today!

Our first conference, established in 2001, and certainly more academically focused conference is ACIC or Advanced Composites in Construction. Peer reviewed by industry and academia, this conference is a great opportunity to hear about latest research projects as well as to shape the future developments.
Established in 2014, CompIC is the perfect event in Europe to network with peers in the construction or composites sectors. With great feedback, this event continues to build on its own success. Make sure you attend the next event to expand and explore the success stories, advantages and obstacles of using composites in construction applications.
Following the success of the first CompIC, and after listening to the requests of our attendees, 2015 saw the first CompIC Middle East. With a big pull from the industry, this event offered a great networking opportunity and attracted people from around the world. Always attracting great sponsors and exhibitors, CompIC ME is an event you have to be part of if you do anything construction.
Automation continues to be a hot topic in the composites industry and so this forms the central focus of our Composites Innovation Conference, Advances in Automation. With topics such as robotics, industry 4.0 and mass production, it is clear to see why this is a popular conference in the industry calendar.
Composites in Sport started as a one day workshop, following the Olympic success in the UK. Going from strength to strength - and even featuring some olympians along the way, Composites in Sport is now a 2 day conference, as requested by attendees. Held at Loughborough University and with close ties to the Sport Technology Institute, this event will continue to grow and be an important addition to the composite industry calendar.
In 2003, with a pull from industry to provide more knowledge and understanding of biocomposites, sustainability and recycling, Ecocomp was born. Environmental legislation and consumer demand is increasing the pressure on manufacturers and end-products to consider the impact of their products at all stages of their life cycle. We continue to work with industry producers, end-users, academia and government to provide a platform for discussion for these interesting issues and developments.
A new entry to the NetComposites conference calendar, and one that is being jointly run with the American Composites Manufacturing Association (ACMA), NetComposites is very excited about the prospect of this event. Taking place for the first time in Las Vegas on 31st January and 1st February 2018, this event is one not to be missed. Be part of the international gathering that will explore the industry from a worldwide perspective and set your place in the global supply chain.
INC or Industrial Nanocomposites Conference explores areas in which nanocomposites can be used to progress industrial applications. It is a great place to knowledge share, looking at opportunities for the materials, developments required and issues to overcome. It provides a fantastic opportunity for industry and academia to share experience and future development for the materials.
It is often the case that the optimum balance of performance and cost is obtained through the use of multimaterial assemblies of composites, metals and polymers. Hybrid material structures that exploit the principle of using 'the right material in the right place' provide new design opportunities, and are often a stepping stone to the more widespread adoption of high performance materials such as composites. Multicomp explores those opportunities, brought about by understanding multimaterials and their various advantages for lightweighting.
